Reduced CPU utilization when there are a large number of motion events

In ticket 1146, the broken deduplication of events from cameras was fixed. This can significantly reduce CPU utilization on large volumes of cameras and events. Below is an example of a drop in CPU utilization on ~60 cameras with detection enabled:
